Preparation

  • Heat the salted water to a boil.
  • Immediately add the Moño La Moderna® pasta and cook until tender. Drain and set aside.
  • Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic until softened.
  • Add the arugula and continue sautéing until softened.
  • Add the remaining ingredients along with the pasta and cook for two minutes.
