2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1 dried chile de árbol
2 tablespoons fresh oregano, chopped
½ onion, finely chopped
1 can of tomato, chopped

½ teaspoon of brown sugar
Pasta
2 L of water
½ teaspoon of salt
200 g of La Moderna® Whole Grain Feather
2 pork sausages
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
4 tablespoons of parsley, washed, disinfected and chopped

Preparation
For the salsa:
- Heat the oil in a pot over medium heat and add the garlic and chile de árbol. Stir constantly and allow the garlic to brown slightly.
- Add the oregano along with the onion and stir regularly until the onion becomes translucent.
- Add the canned tomatoes, mix with the ingredients in the pan, and season with salt, pepper, and sugar.
- Cook over low heat for 5 minutes and set aside.
For the pasta:
- Heat the water and salt in a tall pot until boiling.
- Immediately add La Moderna® Whole Grain Pluma and cook until tender.
- Transfer the pasta to the saucepan, add the sausages, and cook over medium heat for two minutes.
- Serve hot and garnish with Parmesan cheese and freshly chopped parsley.
