Ingredients
For the sauce
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1 dried chile de árbol
2 tbsp. fresh oregano, chopped
½ onion, finely chopped
1 can of tomato, chopped
A pinch of salt and ground black pepper
½ teaspoon of brown sugar
For the pasta
2L of water
1/2 tablespoon of salt
200g of La Moderna ® Whole Grain Feather
2 pork sausages
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
4 tbsp. parsley, washed, disinfected and chopped

Preparation
For the sauce
- Heat the oil in a pot over medium heat and add the garlic and chile de árbol.
- Stir constantly and allow the garlic to brown slightly.
- Add the oregano along with the onion and stir regularly until the onion becomes translucent. Add the canned tomatoes, mix with the ingredients in the pan, and season with salt, pepper, and sugar.
- Cook over low heat for 5 minutes and set aside.
For the pasta
- Heat the water and salt in a tall pot until boiling.
- Immediately add La Moderna Whole Wheat Pluma and cook until tender.
- For the pasta in the sauce, add the sausages and cook over medium heat for two minutes.
- Serve hot and garnish with Parmesan cheese and freshly chopped parsley.
